We’re (a)live again. After a long live break spanning over one and a half years, Can I Say finally made its way back to the stage. On July 8th, we played a show in Festenburg, Styria. We enjoyed it a lot. Sebastian Eder helped us out on bass guitar. We played an estimated 16 songs, among these were a couple of new songs (such as “Antarctica”, “Cities”, “End Hits”, “Future Everything” & “In The Dead Of The Night”) as well as revamped versions of some our oldest songs (”Day Like This”).
So, what’s up next? You guessed it: Recording, recording, writing, recording. We have a couple of finished demos, that we are proud of. Still, there is a lot of work to do. We can’t really tell you when our first LP is dropping, but we rather have it out sooner than later (Let’s say early next year?)
In the meantime, you can view some recent photos of Can I Say on our Facebook page: http://on.fb.me/pF4jhL
For all of you “not yet Web 2.0.” guys, who don’t follow us on Twitter, Myspace or Facebook - here’s a short update about the songwriting/pre-production process for our upcoming record. We are spending every free second of our quite busy lifes recording, arranging, singing and doing other useful and not so useful stuff. So far, we couldn’t be happier with the results. As a small teaser we recorded a short video for all of you out there. Enjoy and expect more of these in the future!

We are cool again. Can I Say is on its way to record a fairly awesome crafted new album. Right now, we’re in the sketching/demoing phase. For some random recording-extravaganza updates follow us on Twitter.
